About the Coach

With a lifelong dedication to the martial arts, Coach Nikolai Franco brings a diverse and disciplined background to every training session. His experience spans multiple disciplines, including Wrestling, Muay Thai, Sumo, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Sambo, Tae Kwon Do, and Boxing—offering students a well-rounded approach to both self-defense and competition.

Coach Nikolai is certified in CPR, AED, and is NASM-certified, ensuring safe, effective, and professional training tailored to all levels and goals. His services include self-defense instruction, competition prep,and fitness-oriented martial arts training.

Over the years, Coach Nikolai has trained under an esteemed lineup of martial artists, including Julian Sanchez, Tony Tipton, Allen Mohler, Robert Herrera, Steven Wright, and Albert Hughes—each of whom has contributed to his versatile coaching style and deep technical foundation.

Whether you’re looking to build confidence, sharpen your skills, or prepare for competition, Coach Nikolai’s mission is to guide you with structure, intensity, and purpose.
